I've only had this a short time but it is a solid unit with a nice design. I'm replacing an octopus bioball reactor that slows down constantly. Time will tell if this continues to run as well as it is right now but I think the circular motion prevents the biopellets from sticking together and keeps things moving so there are no dead spots.
