If i could give 10 stars i would!! Jeremy Long is simply the best, this makes my third order and I'm 1000% Happy!!!He takes care of you like you're family!! Has sent 3 sharks and Lookdowns in 100 deg weather safely!!!Sent picks/video and has been there to answer all questions from care ,to feeding. Lookdowns started feeding on second day after arriving , all four were eating by fourth day!! Thank you sir for your personalized attention. Mario
